Dimitris Kassimis' experience begins in 1976. With a lot of love for bread he started his own business in 1980, which was located in the suburbs of Athens, on 44  Marathonos Av.  and has been there ever since. All those years later, it is not just his love and that of his family, but that of his staff and steady clientele as well, that constantly support this bakery and makes it offer the best possible products on a daily basis.
